Since there has been a lot of threads on older Pro stock dusters on here. Does anyone have any pictures of Randy Humphrey's 74 duster? IIRC it was Orange with anodized rims. Really nasty looking car. He sold it to Sol Cameron in Ft. Lauderdale. It was in the early 90's that I could have (and should have bought if from Sol but I chose to buy a 69 cuda instead. Sol then sold it to a local guy Jeff Bonebreak. Jeff then sold it to someone up north (Pa. maybe?) I saw it for sale a couple of years ago for the tune of 85K running a small block. When Sol owned it he call it "The Tasmanian Devil". Someone on here had a picture of it at Turkey Rod Run back in the early 90's. There isn't any pictures on the net that I can find. This is one of those "ones that got away" for me. DC don't know if this works but here's a pic. http://www.draglist.com/draglist/search....mp;LASTUPDATER=

I looked at the link you provided, I don't rememeber the Duster, but I do remember the Volare, the motor was from Lambeck, the headers were built by a guy in Placentia CA and he hauled it around in a enclosed box car hauler.

I have several shots of that car, a red one, in one of my photo albums with my old photos. I took them at Indy in 74. Give me a day or two and I will scan it and get it posted.

Stewart....I'm sure that can be arranged. PM me and we'll make arrangements.
There are even some here of that Welsake powered Colt wagon the Rod Shop ran in D/G. Remember that one?

Was'nt Gurney Weslake? I remember seeing a write up on that car.

This may be Randy's Duster after it was sold. Sure looks like it...
Funny, about 5 years ago I bought an open trailer from a circle track truck guy in Corona, CA. His dad had a "an ex-Pro Stock" Duster with a Hemi and Lenco. Dana...and all the makings of a state of the art 74-75 Duster Pro Stocker. Car was all white with Monoqueue (sp) wheels. Anyway the guy claimed it was Randy's NEW car for 76 that was never ran as he built the Volare. Claimed it was running 8.60's as it sat there.
