OK, which master cyllinder do I nned fr a 70 Dart with 4 piston Kelsey Hayes discs on front, drums rear. We tried 3 times at 2 differnt places to order ne and keep getting the one pictured. I think we need the one with a larger reservir for the front. If so, does anyone have a part number (Summit, Aiutozone, Napa, ect ) for the one I need? I'd like to get these on the car.

Pictured?
Power or manual
Rockauto.com shows one of each for a 70 Dart with front discs, sounds like your local source is trying to sell you a drum brake MC.
A-1 CARDONE Part # 101326M REMANUFACTURED w/ Reservoir Front Disc brakes; Rear Drum brakes; Manual brakes
A-1 CARDONE Part # 101326 REMANUFACTURED w/ Reservoir Front Disc brakes; Rear Drum brakes; Power brakes
Shows a larger reservoir on one end than the other.
They say there are no such thing as a stupid question. They say there is always the exception that proves the rule. Don't be the exception.

look inside the rear piston "thimble" & if you have manual brakes there must be a shallow circular recess about halfway down the tapered bore. power brakes do not need the recess but if it is there it's of no consequence (with power brakes). A M/C specified on paper at the parts house for a manual brake app will have the recess but mistakes have been made. You might find (& post) the bore dia of the M/C you intend to purchase
