wings471 OP enthusiast W Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 390 pacific northwest	I'm going to attempt to rebuild my /6 4-spd od trans. Never taken one apart before. What is the best, easy to understand ( p i c t u r e s ) guide for a novice. Actually the taking apart part doesn't worry me...it's the putting it back together so it works as it should, part, I'm concerned about. In_The_Pink master Joined: Oct 2005 Posts: 9,065 Milwaukee, WI	Buy a factory service manual (FSM). If you're just after the A-833 O.D. section, any '75+ A, F, or van manual will have a section that covers that trans. You can find them on eBay all day for a fair price.

Once I find the information and read it through a few times before I start tearing into the trans., I should be alright.
