The book doesn't say, but does the torsion bars need to be indexed any certain way when installed?

There is a forward and aft for the bar and a left and right. On the aft end of the bar I do believe you will see the "L" and "R"... The lower control arm is the part that needs to be in the right place when you mate the forward end of the torsion bar and the arm....

THe lower control arm needs to be down as far as you can get it.
