I never liked those cars much anyway, but there certainly are people that do.

There are quite a few that do. Imagine if they were roadrunners, gtxs or superbees twenty years from now and they still crushed them.

It bothers me whenever I see any of the older cars crushed if they can be restored, used for parts cars, or hot rodded. Just not good for the car hobby period. Thank goodness we don't all like the same cars, it would get pretty boring out there.

How long have those cars been sitting there?

Long enough for the owner to say nuts to it and crush them. It's all fine and dandy for us to fret about them getting crushed, but it's not for us to expect someone else to hold on to them, because it would be a shame to crush them.

If someone would have bought one of them, that would have been one less crushed. Or two, or three, we can go on counting here.

They say there are no such thing as a stupid question.
They say there is always the exception that proves the rule.
Don't be the exception.

most states now have laws that when a junkyard changes hands every car in stock has to be crushed--every new car that comes in the new junkyard has to send the VIN/title information to the state so that no cars can ever come back to life---i was in one old junkyard and saw that all the VIN plates were cut off---ask the owner whats up--that violates federal law---he said the state ordered him to cut em off---he has to deal with the state boys all the time--the feds never come by...easier to cut em off...
