There are shops out there that can modify your factory radio to modern specs. I had my factory 8 track from the Charger modified with amp inputs and an ipod jack. All hidden, sounds amazing. The guy I used was Barrys 8 track repair.

They say there are no such thing as a stupid question.
They say there is always the exception that proves the rule.
Don't be the exception.

We can take your factory radio and install a modern FM board , 4 channels, 45 watts per channel, 180 watts total , with jacks and your radio will remain 100 % stock in appearance .

I have one of Greg's units in my Coronet and am very pleased with it, as well as the service from him... Highly recommended.
