Whats the duration on the .533? It's pretty radical from what I remember. Good for a stroker, maybe.
I thought it was the same as the 509 just with more lift???? You're going to need good heads, headers, 3800 stall and 3.91's or better to get it up into the "power band"

I am currently running a Racer Brown STH-42. 254@ .050..and .520 lift. 300 duration...Hydraulic.......Pulling 11.60's with stock rockers, 9.5 Dynamic converter...in 71 Cuda...850 holley, 6 pack anchor pistons, and SD intake..3 inch exhuast....Ported my own heads to 260-270 flow on 906's..(intake flow) 430 gear........Wondering if 533 is worth a test....
Scott has a nice solid grind 548ish if I recall that will work great with what you have, probably get you way into the 11's

I wouldnt bother, I know you do have it, and if you like testing stuff whether its good or bad , then go ahead. I think its going to slow you down. You have your combo running pretty good as it is. I like to test things that I think will make it faster. With your Dynamic 4000 or so vert ????, that 272 duration will hurt your 60 ft. and it probably wont recover at the stripe, even though it could MPH a little better. If your into testing , have at it. You did leave out some important variables, like compression, tire diameter, cars weight, actual vert stall, and header primary tube diameter. Those are all important Combo factors as well, along with the other known info you posted. So I or anybodys info is just a assumption at this point. Even with all the combos info, they will be , just Better assumptions.

I ran one for a few years on my iron head +.060. 440 six pac pistons 0 deck heads were hand ported pretty good 2.14/1.81 and milled about .070 for about 11.5 to 1 team G intake 2" hooker headers 4.1 gears 800 holly SMR 727 with 4000 SMR converter. Adjustable pushrods for setting preload to .020. (stock rockers) Car was about 4000 or more with me in at at the time consistant 12.0's and in good air a best of 11.84. had the cam in at 106 later put in friends car much the same little less compression at 102 it really liked that. Think it would benefit from 1.6 rokers

I think some 1.6 roller rockers would be a better move.
