Would a 77 Trail Duster 2wd be a low production number vehicle? Not asking if it is rare or desirable. Just wondered if they made many of them. Thanks, Josh-

I had never seen one either. However, one popped up for sale locally. It looks pretty clean in the photos but there is some hail damage on the hood. I'm going to look at it and possibley make an offer.

i'd rather deal with hail damage than rust.

Low production for sure but depending where you're from maybe not desirable. Around here this is a gas thirsty car, but I like it.

Small block, runs and drives. What do you think it might be worth?

Hail damage my but. That was beat with a Ballpean hammer. It would technically need fenders and hood. Is there a top? With the hail damage Id say $1200-2000. I base that on the fact youd have that or more to get it rite. Body panels and paint

Check out the black area really well. I paid a $1k for mine but that was a great deal. I wouldn't want to pay any more then 2k for that one.

It has a top, The top has no damage.. The hood and top of the fenders are ugly, no doubt. I have the parts.. Although not looking at this as a fixer upper more like a daily beater..

If you pass on it, I would be interested in it. Been looking for one for a while.

Technically, you could call them rare. 4wd's are not rare but they are uncommon if you look at production numbers.

Me, not a fan of 2wd RC/TD's. Just look odd to me.

My uncle has one 15 years ago or so... wish he would have hung on to it. It was solid but the paint wasn't pretty at all. I haven't noticed any 2 or 4 wheel drive around here in a long time.

I have a 2wd Ramcharger.....I got 18 mpg with it once. Since I bought my GC, I just run it enough to keep things moving ....I might be persuaded.......If someone where interested......
