I have mine to the right of the ashtray behind the dash facing the heaterbox...I wanted to keep it away from the elements..and I wanted a cleaner looking engine bay....13 years and still going

Mine is under the dash. I fabricated a bracket that picket up the stud the heater box brace mounts to. The other edge mounts to lower edge of the dash frame. Wires run out the hole for the air grabber cable. I am running a 6 bbl hood.

Awesome i am mounting mine under the dash on plexiglass with rubber bumpers to insulate and cushion it.. My car has no heater box at all so i have lots of room.

In my 67gtx, I didn't want it on the firewall. It fit on the radiator support in front of the battery. Not nearly as visible and all wires reached
