Looks like the flywheel wasnt ground either. That will eat a clutch fast.I pulled my Center Force after maybe a 1000 miles. It still looked new as did the flywheel. Its just like your clutch. It gets beat a lot.I never did care for Ram or Zoom clutches.Last Zoom I used went about 2K and fell apart.Rocky

Got it as part of a TKO-600 kit in Jan of 2011. Installed on motor with tranny in Sep of 2012. Started and running for the first time May of 2013. Always been stored inside.

I did put it in the trailer a couple of times which requires some slipping to get it up the ramp.
That's why it looks like that .
Get a winch or sell the trailer
Got a winch, it is just quicker / easier to drive it. Any frankly if it can't take that it isn't going to last long street driving either.

That clutch is junk.im super cheap and I wouldnt run that thing.Look at the pics of pieces are missing on at least one of the pucks.Let alone it dosent look like much of the sintered material is left.Id almost say that clutch was dragging on the wheel.I have a wheel sitting in the garage that was turned probally 20 years ago and dosent look as bad as that fly wheel with rust.Rocky

Rats, I just threw away that same garbage disk and pp 3 days ago or I'd take a pic. Same smeared up flywheel and the pp was cooked. Those little brillo pads can't take any kind of torque, a few stuffs of the pedal and they're done. And I wouldn't be surprised if it was the source of the vibration. After I took it apart the weights were rattling around like spray paint cans. My 4th (and last) time with a ram product, all of them in the trash can within a few hundred miles and the second time with this hot little setup. No mas.
I can't afford this.
