I ordered a Champion radiator. Let me just say, they are very well built, but their finish quality is TERRIBLE. crushed fins on front and back. I know that radiator fins are EXTREMELY easy to brush and bend but UGH! Wretched.
SO to fix tweeked fins, what's your little secret?
I’m listening.

A radiator fin comb is a good choice. This one is from Jegs

What about exchanging it? From what I read on their policy they will no hassle refund or exchange if you ain't happy. Obviously it was damaged on the assy line & the inspector did not catch it or in transit. I've bought one of em & other than redrilling 1 hole in the side mounting flange on one side it fit well/cools well/no leaks & the fins were perfect. EDIT & the price was right-$189 shipped (2 core 65 dart SB) from an eBay seller

We use a fin comb all the time at work on AC condensors...but they never look like new no matter how hard you try... Dave

You can straighten them pretty easily with a straight pick. Or a very tiny micro screw driver.
