Hi Guys, we just bought a 2012 Grand Caravan Crew. We love the van, especially the 3.6 VVT. It is a blast to drive. The problem we are having is a little clicking noise under the driver side dash. It sounds like plastic rubbing together, it is driving us nuts! I cant find it! Have any of you had this problem and figured it out? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Again Scott!

Does it do it with the blower motor running?Ive seen a lot with something in the cage.Had a few that would barely run because of junk in there.Either that or it might be an acutator for the heater assembley. Most are gears and plastoc and they can strip.Rocky

No, it does it with everything off too. It is worse when hitting little bumps. I just can not tell were it is coming from.

Well I think we found it. The runners under the drivers seat. I put a little grease on them and ran them back and forth. We cant hear the noise anymore. I hope that was it. Thanks for your help.
Scott
P.S. Test drove it tonight. No noise, it was the seat runners!
