dd340 OP super stock D Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 727 Ottawa, ontario	My fuel gauge is not working on my 69 dart and I was wondering if there is a way to bench test it while I have it out of the car. I am suspecting it is the sending unit but I want to be sure that it is not the gauge itself.

68340GTS member 6 Joined: Jan 2005 Posts: 77 Blairsville Pa.	Put 2 D cell batteries in series. Connect the ends or the batteries to your guage. It should read approx. full with the 3 volts. Hope this helps.
