I exaggerate a bit sometimes....its a land yacht nontheless. alot more body panels on that thing to cover.

As for the balancer and its grooves...I think it has 4 grooves...one every 90 degrees. I will have to compare it to a duplicate that was accidentally sent and line the timing tape based off the crankshaft key location.

The military base here was the Naval base back in the 70s/80s...when the Americans were here in force protecting the Mediterranean when there was a Libyan conflict.
