I put an airgrabber on a 69 GTX way back in the 80s. I changed to a 3 speed wiper motor and believe it or not the wipers still worked with the 2 speed switch. Later on when the dash needed to come mout for something else I replaced the switch. The wiring is the same. All you need is the motor, wired correctly to the bulkhead and switch. The dash harness is the same. I never changed anything on the wiper transmission either

When I converted a while back, in addition to the switch and motor, there was a small plastic "cam" that went in the wiper linkage where the motor connects.
