Does tin straps go on all heater hoses or just AC cars and how do they tie any pics. Thanks BJG

I know on my 69 Charger without A/C there was one tin strap. I can't remember if it was between the firewall and the bracket on the inner fender or between the engine and the bracket on the inner fender. Rationally thinking, it would be the latter of the two for worries of making contact with either the exhaust manifold or a moving part of the engine like the pulley or fan belts.

Tin strap just an A/c thing, look at a few old car tests,bracket on fender holds 2 hoses just fine!
