I was going to buy date coded plug wires but I have pertronix in my dist. Will I have any issues.

This is a very good question, I'll be following closely.
I have a '69 Coronet R/T stock 440 that I'm using pertronix also.
FWIW, I bought Firecore wires and will let you know how they work, but I would like to get the date coded wires.
