will a stock throttle cable length be right for a performer rpm intake on a 69 b body? or do i need to get a longer cable, thanks for any help with this. also have the ar bracket to raise it.

The stock cable might be long enough. If not, there should be longer cables available. The /6 cable used to be the one to buy but it might not be available anymore.

Check the one you have first, I think all the stock V8 four barrel cars, regardless of body style or V8 motor size, I had or work on that we put a BB RPM intake on worked fine The OEM two barrel cables did not reach or work well on any four barrel intake and carb swap we did

That is the long cable 6cy..that what you need. I never had a stock cable that work well with a 4 barrel carb..

Also the Lokar cable will work good with it. I use the Lokar cable on my 63 using the Indy dual plane which is about as high as the RPM intake. Ron

I went with the Lokar also,nice easy and looks good too
