any power to the circet board. The turn signals work but the indecator
light on the dash does not light with them.Dash lights also do not work.
Any ideas or thoughts would be helpfull.Jim

As you just went thru it's a pain to drop the column a bit then take the dash out to get to the back side. The black round connector plug is hard to get at/work with since the pins are delicate so 1st I'd try checking continuities at the other end of the harness you are working with & see what you have for power/continuities. you have no power to the dash from multiple sources (light switch to dash lights/TS switch to TS indicator lights) so you might have to start at the round connector & work backward. Concentrate on the harness you replaced. #1 pull a batt cable first. Unless there's been melted strands from excess current or broken strands from flexing or melted/cut insulation (which ain't likely in this case) wiring opens are at the terminal ends from poor connections so check there
