88 dodge w-150. Swapped out the 318 for a 440, which means I went from TBI to carb. Still using the stock TBI in tank fuel pump. I know this needs a bypass type regulator, but I wasn't sure if a regular carb style one (7psi) would work? IIRC, the pump is rated at 60 psi...

Call Aeromotive, Magnafuel, Weldon and the other good(not Aeroaspace ) fuel system manufacturers to see if they have a regulator that will work the way you want it to

This one will work:

With the stock TBI fuel pump, a 5/16" or larger return line should suffice, but you may want to go with a 3/8" or larger in case you want to use a larger pump in the future.

thanks guys! I wasn't sure what type of design I would need... I actually looked for Robb's website first, but the link I found didn't work, so I wasn't sure it was still around....
