Quick question or 3:

The glass (1/4) on the drivers side rear dropped off the track and is in the bottom........didn't break as far as I know. How is the glass attached to the "track"......glue or mechanically fastened?

Any helpful hints to get this reattached and working properly?

Thanks in advance!

Steve

Just looked at my 71 Charger side glass assy. (Its out of the car as one whole assy). Is only the glass, with no metal attached to it, come off? If so, mine is attached to the die-cast frame with what looks like U shaped, very thin double sided, sticky plastic/foam/gasket looking material. If the glass is still attached to something I can take some pictures of the assy if need be.

Thanks Rich!

Never thought about a gasket material or double sided 3M style tape. When I get mine out, I will see what I need.......maybe an adhesive / glue material? "Amazing Goop" Contact adhesive / sealant is what I have on hand.....
