You know those dingle-berry hones .... what "grade" would you give them?

I use one but they are not a honing hone. They are more of a glaze breaker and remove very little material.

Exactly, not even a hone.

I use one after rigid stone honing for a plateau finish.

Robert,
What grit do you use, speed and stroke?

I am not sure as I borrowed it from a buddy quite awhile back when I did my 360 but it was a grit for moly rings & I called flexhone & asked them for the drill speed & # of strokes & how fast to stroke it. They remove virtually no material & smooth out even more the finish from the rigid hone. and you might peruse this site. "breakin secrets" article at www.mototuneusa.com

Thanks, I will check it out.
I have used flex-hones in the past to debur the ports in 2 stroke motorcycle cylinders. Nothing works better.
