How does one get a hold of him? His Email bounces back, no answers on his shop phone or a call back when I leave a message

Josh I just talked to Bob on his shop phone the other day. I jabbed him pretty good about how that phone has been a waste of money for the past year. Guys who called that number know what I am talking about. You couldn't even get a good ring tone back. Then it may ask for a message and then just hang up. So you called the cell and either he answered or the message asked you to call the joke of a shop phone.
All this seems to be a thing of the past. When I called the other day. It was totally different and clear as a bell. Bob stated the phone company had redone a bunch of stuff including the phone in his shop. Trust me it seems to be a good line now.
