I have a couple 16" 1-ton wheels and cannot find any info on how to tell if they are Dodge, Ford, or Chevy. I have another wheel that I know is Chevy though. All I can find on the gray wheels are an "L" with "195" underneath it then an "S" underneath that on the back side between a couple of the lug holes. They have a 4-1/2" center hole and the lug spacing is 6-1/2". There are no other holes inbetween the lugs like the Chevy wheel I have.

The funny thing about science is that if you change one miniscule parameter you change the entire outcome to the way you want it.

Dodge and Ford use the coined style rims. (raised areas around the lug hole) The 1s in your pics are GM hub centric rims.. .
I am truckless..

The second picture looks like ford wheel? But then you mentioned the reinforcing ring, that makes me think chevy? I just noticed no wear makes around the holes, so I bet it's chevy wheel. My dually uses the same wheel and ring setup.
OK I'm no help, no trucks here now to take pictures of, good luck.

After 1993 dodge went to the hub centered style similiar to the one you have . i,m not saying yours is a dodge rim but it might be , check the hub i.d. and compare to the specs in an accuride catalog or other rim manufactures catalog etc. 1993 down dodge were stud centered /coined. here,s a picture of a 91 dodge rim , same as a 93 would be
