Hey Gang..
Getting ready to set up my dolly system with my 426 hemi/tranny combo to slide under the car.. I need to have the h-pipe already connected....

Soooooooooo, with that being said, any good/bad experiences with the hemi h-pipe products out there? Some fit better than others?, others junk?

Thanks...
Troy

-The YO pipe sucks. Doesn't fit well at all.(E body)-Hits the trans crossmember and interferes with the 4 speed reverse rod.

-The one sold by Gardener is better, but hit the T-bar crossmember on the R/S, and this was on two seperate cars.

- Supposedly the one sold by Badalson/Gibson is a well fitting part, but haven't tried one yet and have no real world experience.

- I will say this. I installed an NOS pipe on my Challenger(and one on another B body) and they just about installed themselves. They fit absolutely perfect, and have all the proper flats and reliefs in the pipe.

Your results may vary.....

A friend and I used Don's Pipe Dreams once. Me H pipe, him tailpipes. We now call them Don's "PipeMares"! Real bad experience.

We have had good results with the Accurate pipes, I'd say 9 out of 10 have fit with no mods.

tti pipes, 4 speed car. 3" as well, and they went in without a hitch. i didn't compare prices with other vendors, but i knew i wasn't interested in saving a few bucks to spend hours mangling pipes to fit.

the tti's worked great for me.
