I just resealed this intake 2 wks ago, that's when it started
I'd pick up some new gaskets & go back in there. EDIT Permatex spray "high tack" part # MA99 iirc the red stuff & it goes on light/even & is extremely tacky & seals very well on composition gaskets like those Felpro's. Were they the "printo seal" with the blue borders around the ports?

I couldn't get the Photobucket to open up & I didnt't know if it was my antiquated computer or the link itself. Some of the supplied end rail gaskets are too thick & hold the intake up from seating on the sides an unnoticeable amount that causes a problem over time but that problem is usually a front coolant leak. Holler how it goes. EDIT make sure the locating pin on each end on the china wall fits the hole in the intake & might mockup the intake with just the side gaskets & check the front/rear gap & therefore see how thick of end gaskets are needed & compare that to what's in your kit or just use a wide/carefully placed swath of silicone instead on brake kleened surfaces & let it set up overnight
