After a 2 minute search, the Accel website had this to say:

ACCEL 59300, Distributor, Perf Replacement, Magnetic Pickup, Vacuum, Mopar RB Block, Each

Perfect choice for your daily driver or street machine
High dielectric strength cap with performance balanced rotor
ACCEL Performance Replacement Distributors are the perfect choice for your daily driver or street machine. Using all new components, these distributors feature: High performance ACCEL Electronics. All new components-housings are either new castings or turned from billet stock, centerless ground shaft with oil lite bushings. High dielectric strength cap, balanced rotor. Male tower distributor cap with brass cap and rotor contacts (Ford and AMC Models feature screw mounted wire retainer for the ultimate plug wire retention). Iron or steel distributor gear. Direct plug in replacement with factory type connectors for plug and play installation.

I'd call or email Accel & see if it has the Mallory based advance system like the new MP dizzys that need the keys or the old OE Mopar style where you weld up the slots

TO the OP, yes, it has an adjustable mechanical AND vacuum advance, the quote is straight from the Accel catalog, which you could have found yourself in two minutes, like I did.

TO: RR, did you read my reply? Carefully? It came right out of the Accel catalog.

I feel better now.

I thought Gee I bet a fellow Moparts member can tell me, I posted and went to bed, I am so sorry you took two minutes of your time to look, why did you bother??!!
I would say thanks but that would probaly take two minutes of your time to read it so I am not going to bother!!
RR I did email them this morning and they told me what I needed to know...Thnx!!

Yes. That distributor is pretty much the same as the Mopar distributors (with Mallory "YH" mechanical advance) except that the housing is billet aluminum rather than cast. If memory serves, I even designed them to use the same shafts.
