I get some good help from a local company as he makes parts with high precision in both cnc lathe and a cnc mill.
In return I help him with cad drawings and CE risk analyses.
Good trades for me.
He just milled the phenolic spacer to fit my decked Megablock.
I mentioned that it would be cool to have o-rings instead of just silicon. Here´s how they turned out when I picked them up.

Thanks guys

The best part is, that I told him I would be happy if he just milled them and we could try the o-ring milling next winter.
He took the time and made a program for the o-rings also.
