I am looking to buy a 97 Dakota has built 360 and 727 I need to know how makes a conversion kit to put 5 lug brakes on the front it has a 8 3/4 big bolt in rear would like to going five in front.

There's a guy by the name of Brandon Burns on the Dakota forums. He is machineing billet hubs that bolt onto the Gen 3 Dakotas, and he will custom drill them to whatever bolt pattern you want. He charges about $300 for a pair of hubs, complete with brand new Timken bearings.

about the only other choice is to "fill n drill" your stock hubs.


Brandon also has wilwood brake swaps for these trucks, and can probably get you a 5-lug rotor to go with his new hubs and brakes if you wanted to.
