Purple shaft Camshaft I.D.? #1425424

New guy working on a small block 360. I removed the intake and heads. I see that the camshaft has some purple color on the shaft up toward the front of the motor. I also see a orange marking toward the back. Please take a look at the linked pictures and tell me if this is a mopar purple shaft. Thanks

not sure if they are all like mine, but my purple cam from MP had a lot more purple than the one you have pictured..

I guess my next step is to put a dial indicator on it and measure lift at the lifter.

Thats the only way to find out what it is.. Make sure you multiply the reading by 1.5.

I am glad I measured it. Looks to be .480 lift on both intake and exhaust ( .320 net ) And, it appears to have stock valve springs
