Trying to identify the strut front end on my 1970 drag car so I can update it with a nicer set of wheels. Someone suggested a couple of years ago that it looked like something off an early 1970's Ford capri or some type of smaller Ford in that ere. The grease cap has Ford marked on it. Don't ask me how but it has the mopar 5 bolt 4 inch wheel pattern. The hub is mounted to the rotor with (4) 5/16 bolts spaced app 2 1/2 inches apart. If I can find that hub I have a Friend that will redrill the new one for a 4 1/2 inch bolt pattern. Sooner or later I will need pads, caliper, rotor, or a strut so I figured I better research it out. It probably a real cheap way to change these cars over to a rack and strut set-up and someone did a pretty nice job. Any ID help would be appreciated.
This is marked on the hub
73EB----1106AA
T12----N
On the passenger side caliper it has L6R on it.

No I didn't Jeremy but I almost did. i put a post here, 2 on yellowbullet, and speedtalk and someone on yellowbullet pointed me in the right direction I think. They appear to be off a 73-77 Mercury Carpi and I have most of the part numbers. It has ford on the dust cover and a cast in oval on several parts but don't ask me how or how they are Mopar 5 bolt 4 inch pattern. I want to update these wheels asap with some black billet ones. Thanks for thinking of Jack as we recently connected on facebook. Are you ready to race yet and are the B1's going on this year?
