Anyone had experience with cleaning up 6.1 hemi heads by hand? Thinking of cleaning mine up and port matching.

It has been a couple years now, but I started to play with one. Remeber working on the head bolt bulge. Didn't tale all of it out but quite a bit and worked at blending in what I had left. and both sides of the floor was radius and blended in better than stock. Hard to explain but if you look it is pretty easy to see what I am talking about. Took me about 15 minutes of work and flow went from 302 to 320. Thought wow 15 minutes and 18 cfm but never got back to them anymore. Sold them.

Don't touch the short turn, its one of the few things you need to know to not make them worse.
