Hey guys!

I'm looking to put a fan shroud on the 22" aluminum radiator in my '69 Super Bee. The aluminum radiator that I have has the radiator hoses located in the same location as the factory rad.

The car is far from a correct restoration, so I'm not concerned with correct part numbers. I do see that these shrouds are now reproduced, but they seem to be quite expensive.

I will be making the mounting brackets myself.

Will any year A,B,C or E body 22" shroud physically fit and function in my '69 B-Body? My concern is that perhaps the radiator hoses, or the actual fan location is slightly different between years and body types.

Thanks for any help!

My 65 B body I run a 65 C body metal shroud. From what I hear the OEs are hard to find and pricey. The C body fits perfect in my B body.Rocky

thanks for the help guys!

Any more advice out there?

Think I might just have to cough up the $$$ for a reproduction shroud since every Mopar 22" shroud seems to be worth a fortune.

Thanks!

There is a repo 69 type shroud that is not as costly as the two piece metal 68 back shrouds that could probably be made to work. Mancini I think has them,i'm sure there are others I bought one a few years back at the nats in the swap meet area for a 22" rad for a 69 RR. Check around with other vendors.
Do a google search for mopar 22" rad fan shrouds,it lists several. Speedway Motors has one for not much money that you might make work with your alum rad.

I went cheap on my beater 360 '68 B'cuda. I have the 22" stock 68 radiator in the b'cuda, it came from the factory with no shroud. I found a 22" shroud from a mid-70's /6 Valiant in the boneyard. When turned upside down, the /6 shroud fits amazingly well on the V8 radiator with minor modifications (filing and drilling). Looks more or less stock at a quick glance (unless you look underneath where you see the "CAUTION FAN" warning upside down!).
