So I need some late model, 4 door B body rear footwells. 75-78. 74 Coronet 4 door should work too I think.

Since these are almost impossible to find (I'm working on it in the background), I want to investigate using 2 Door rear footwells. From what I can learn, the only difference is they are several inches shorter. I don't mind fabricating some filler pieces.

I was thinking about going with AMD's, since they look very similar to what I have.

Does anyone have any of those 71-74 B body rear footwells from AMD at their fingertips? Or NOS parts? It would do me a world of good if you could give me these two measurements so I can compare and do some mental work ahead of time. Here is what I have:

(Driver's side footwell)

Center of trans tunnel, front to back is roughly 19.5", or a touch more



The overall width at the rear is 31.5", or a touch less


I'd love to know how the AMD measures up. Can anyone help me?

(By the way, I know things like seatbelt bolts don't have a hope of being right, but I don't care. I'll mod as necessary)
