I run HS rockers (not on Victors, but on Indys) and I haven't had any problems. While everything went together nicely when bolting them on, I checked them out before I installed them and I'm really glad I did. There were quite a few shavings around the threading for the adjusting screws and a few in the shaft, as well. Nice stuff, but give 'em the once over before bolting them on.
