Can anyone confirm that the aluminum finish panel is only used on 70 Chargers?
and only 69 have a die cast trim around the plastic lens?

All 69's had the white metal chrome trim around the tail lights. 70's could have come with the white metal chrome trim on base models or could have come with the full aluminum finish panel on higher models.

The 70 Charger 500s and R/Ts had the aluminum taillight finish panel. NO 68 or 69 model came with it.

Looks like I have some extra 70 taillights for the for b body parts section..

The '70 lights also have a rectangular reflector built into the lens also
