From my 73 Dart Sport after my Wilwood swap, I have new factory calipers, pads and rotors left over.

Id like to donate them to a friend with a 65 Dart convertible that currently has the stock drums.

What would it take to be able to swap these parts on to his car. Can this be done Or is there a much easier way to upgrade his front brakes thanks mike

73 up A body(or any F body) spindles, caliper adapters(these are sliders)(& the big bolts),splash shields are nice, volare F body hoses, correct(ribbed) hose washers, bearings, seals, spindle nut,nut retainer cage, Mount the calipers to the front(makes for no hose problems, just use the volare hoses. pad retainer clips & bolts. 73 up A body UCA's.

Read this:

http://www.moparaction.com/tech/archive/disc-main.html

The major things he needs:

-73-76 Upper A-arm with the larger ball joint (disc brakes or 10" drum applications)
-73-76 lower ball joints
-large bolt pattern front rims
-disc brake master cylinder
-adj rear proportioning valve
-if you run the calipers in the rear for a sway bar application you need banjo type brake flex line (forgot car they come from)

I used the www.scarebird.com disc brake swap bracket, then i went to napa, advance or autozone and purchaced all new or rebuilt parts.. the swap took about 3.5 to 4 hrs to do.. and i didnt have to change out my spindles or a-arms..

the only problem i had was, I had to use a redisual valve for the rear drum brakes..

they stop great even for manual brake system..
