I have the taillights, I have the brackets and I have all the hardware to fasten them together; what I don't have is any idea what the fasteners look like that attach the brackets to the car. Can someone please post pics of this hardware and post a link to where a guy can buy it all (if available)?

Excellent pics, thanks. So are those 1/4-20 bolts and nuts? Any idea how long the bolts are?

The originals had shoulder washers, but regular washers will work, and the bolt just needs to be long enough to fill the threads in the nut and not protrude. Maybe 3/4"
I have mechanical Aptitude. I can screw up anything.

I don't think those tall nuts are right. What I've seen is the conical, captive washer-type nuts.

If you want to make sure you use the correct hardware, you might want to try Tom Race at R/T Specialties www.rtspecialties.net/

Thanks. I've found everything at http://www.amkproducts.com except the funky, short head captive washer bolts for the brackets. If I can find them, fine. If not, no sleep will be lost over it.
