Redoing the fuel system on the Demon for contamination. Notice the filler neck is very rusted and could be the cause for my problem.

I have had no luck locating a new one. does anyone know if and where I can find these?

Any way to resurface them? Maybe something like a POR-15 that is gas resistant?

Wilson Reproductions can replate them. Heres a link to an older thread. Nobody reproduces them that I know of.

A "re-surface" option is the 3 step Eastwood gas tank treatment kit. You would have to cap the tube ends to use it but no biggie. The kit uses strong detergent and acetone for cleaning. Muriatic acid to clean/etch and a tough sealer. With the prep steps the sealer seems to hold up well and would eliminate any contamination.
