Had a little time. I was looking at 'Cudas @ Challengers magazine. July 1999.
Jim Penta's R/t Challenger was high lighted. Pictures of trunk showed a space saver with inflator bottle.

Bottle was wrapped in a cardboard like paper. I have never seen this before. Was this the way they came? What do you guys think?

Yep - Cardboard sleeve with instructions printed on the outside. See page 6 of e-body parts for sale for a pic of an original for sale here by another member.

Nope, thanks but that is not what I mean. The paper I'm talking about is more like corrugated paper that covers the whole bottle,

Like I said, I have never seen this before.

It was (is) owned by Jim Penta of Reading Mass. He used to run Penstar Restoration and then he went to work for Chuck Pierce in Newport N.H.

I have not seen any current info on these places.

So If anyone remembers this Sherwood R/T Challenger convertible with the Mass. License Plate "NO FAKE", give me a hit back.

Just another piece of archeology.

I have seen a lot of them but have never seen anything like that, but then again I have not seen them all.
The plate says "NO FAKE" but the bottle cover ....
