Beautiful car!
Thank you for the pictures.
These will help me in the restoration of my 71 RR!

Great car and thank you for taking the time to document all its factory details. I will continue to revisit this thread as I work on my own RR.

I just reacquired my old ‘71 440+6 4-spd Super Track Pack car. Long story, but it turns out my name was still on the title after selling it in 2009. I guess that just means I was destined to have this car back!

It’s also B5 like yours but it has a white buddy seat interior, rim-blow wheel, and the long throw pistol grip. It is also coded for A87 and has the white strobe stripe and Air Grabber. It’s pretty well loaded with other options too, but like yours, it also just has the basic chrome non-racing side mirror. Once I started looking harder at them, I’ve seen quite a few RRs built without the racing mirrors so maybe it is a thing?
