Doing the front disc brakes on my '73 Duster today. The kits have oval rubber bands in them that I cannot for the life of me remember where they go. Can anyone give me a clue?

Thanks!

On thr caliper afapter, where the pads sit . . . They go under the ear of the pad, around the caliper adapter, one on each side. Sorry I don, t have a pic to post.

Thanks everyone!

I figured there must be a reason I have about a dozen of them in a drawer at my shop.
