I am in the final stages of bolting together my 540 Hemi. It is going in my 1969 Dodge Charger. I am getting ready to order some TTI headers but want to make sure I get the right ones. My Hemi has the 426-1 Legend heads on it. I was looking at TTI's web site and it looks like there are two possibilities that I could get. One is for stock location exhaust ports and one is for raised exhaust ports. I picked these heads up from a member here many years ago. How can I tell if I have stock location exhaust ports or raised? On the side of the head it is stamped 426-1.

I can't answer your question, but I can tell you that you might get more responses asking the same question on the UNLAWFL's Race forum. Good luck.

426-1R has raised ports, 426-1 should be regular port.

Take care,
