with a delay box..on the steering wheel..

without a delay box..the longer throw button is next to the shifter...

I have had mine in numerous places. FWIW I have found that being on the right side of the steering wheel has been the most consistent for me. Tried the dash, next to shifter both sides of wheel and seemed to work best here.
