I have most of the pieces for the swap but I think I'm still short some. I have all the collars, I need the top snap ring above the steering bearing, the shift tube retaining clip at the bottom of the column that goes in front of the plastic support piece -is that anything special?
I also do not have a turn signal lever, however I am planning on installing a cruise control. I do have one of those levers off a later B body(75 cordoba) - can a later lever work with an earlier turn signal switch setup?
I'm also missing that return spring for the key release collar - how heavy a spring is it, I can find a spring and modify but I'd like to know the tension if possible.
Anyone have tips of this kind of conversion & if they've install a CC setup even better!
