I'm stuck, I'm rewiring a 70 Roadrunner and found two dark blue w/ white tracers and two light green wires both colors joined with terminals they come down under the dash on the drivers side kick panel. I don't know were they go or what they hook up to. Please help.

If no one chimes in with a direct answer you might checkout the wiring diagrams at www.mymopar.com

Not sure without some photos....is this the original wire harness for the 70 Road Runner? If not, it sounds like you are talking about the wires for the 70 Charger hidden headlight system which is only found in the 70 Charger harness. See photo below for the Charger only green and blue with white tracer wires (top of photo). You can tape them up for your application as you do not need them.

Yeah - you plug those into their receiving connector.

There is a small pigtail harness in the console. From the console there is a harness that runs over to the wire channel at the drivers door....the wires then run forward to the kick panel area. The connector should tie in with the dome lamp wiring. I think it is the connector that will be closest to the bright switch connector on the floor. See photo below.....top right.
