I'm looking to buy a wide band o2 meter to help tune my Dart. I want something that will log so I can look ar it on my computer, don't need obd. There are some LM-1s on the bag but are $$$$. What's working for you guys?

I'm using Innovate's MTX that's been working well.

I'm using it as reading as running but this unit also has the ability to data log - have not used that feature maybe someone else?

Have an LM2 and like it. Records for puter playback w/an S.D. card,also records 4 channels from 0-5 volt sensors(sold separately). I bought the cable as well to read OBD 2 troublecodes.

My brother bought an Innovate LM1 kit..it had separate directions fo the gauge and separate directions for the hookup. Kinda screwy, you had to sorta figure it out... but works good. Not a 10 minute job.

Don't know which LM # it is, but I've run two different 'lambda cables' from innovate with success. On one I used the fancy gauge with the lightshow around the edge. It was kinda neat but I never got the playback function to work.

I tried to buy enough cable adapters to get it into my PC laptop and gave up after a couple trips to radio shack. I got more out of it while also watching a vac. gauge and knowing the throttle position because my foot was on it. I didn't want the hassle of setting up TPS and Vac and RPM datalogging- without them I was only going to be able to tune for WOT which is easier at the track anyway.

I use mine to get decent main jet numbers and then try to tweak the low throttle opening cruise #s which always seem crazy rich on my hollys. So I used the cheaper gauge the 2nd time-the one that just shows a number.

I think with any system you have to install the bung in a good place and keep the sensor healthy by not fouling it with soot (rich a/f) or water(clock it right)running thru the pipe. Good grounds are super important too.

But it ain't cheap. It can monitor up to 8 O2 sensors though.

i use a wego3. it has a live display of the o2 reading. it is the size of a creditcard. it does the o2, rpm and a 0-5vdc input. it is simple, small the 0-5vdc channel is scaleable to read what you want it to say. .1sec to 2.0sec polling intervel. it to me is a great tool. i use it on my zx12r, duster and who ever wants a "tune" if they put a o2 bung in i make it like fuel injection. about 325ish bucks and no buying anything else but maybe a o2 cable extender.

Don't buy a Zeitronix. I purchased one of their Wide Band O2 and have a seriel to USB issue. They are one of those companies that you never can speak to anyone when you call their # and you leave messages and no one returns your call.

Finally I got the so-call "owner" who was of no help in assisting me or interested in trying to resolve my problem.

Innovate has too many people hating it for me although some love it, but the haters out number the lovers. No thanks

Zetronix is junk. Don't want a fancy light show ricer gauge...So that rules out dman near everything.

NGK/AFX has great reviews and is made by ECM but you cant datalog and ECM is out of my price range

I'm carbed now so I don't to data log anything but RPM and AF, I just ordered a Daytona Sensors Wego IV, should be here Saturday. 340 shpped off EBAY

Chalk me up as a Innovate hater..I have a LM2 and its great when it decides to record RPM or anything for that matter.

I think I am going to go with a Wego setup when I buy another.
