The rear mounting device on a 70 air grabber airbox, you know the one no one knows is there until you break it cause it sits clear to the rear all by itself, is it a screw or bolt that goes through a clip in the hood or is there a stud that comes out of the hood and just a nut goes on it? I can see on my hood where it looks like some type of a clip would go. Anyone got pictures of what goes there? TIA

There is a clip that slides into that hole in your hood. Should use a course thread screw into it just like the ones that hold the seal to the airbox.
