I concur with this reply. I had to learn this the hard way years ago when trying to assemble a car I bought in a bucket. Even numbers on pass. side, odd numbers on drivers side. It looks like your part # ends in a 0 so i'd say passenger side. Good luck.

The 250 looks like a date code - 25th week of 1970.

I couldn't find that number in the parts book. It may be the part number for the individual part rather than the assembly part number.

The parts book states:
Right and left part numbers are on same line, first number is right, second number is left.

This statement only occurs in the part number section of Section 23 - Body. I don't know if this holds true for the other sections. I have found part numbers in other sections that have an odd number before an even number.

Like most rules, there are exceptions.

If I'm right, 3004817 is a right hand ball joint and 3004818 is a left hand ball joint.
