I'm changing over from my 3.91 to my 3.23s I notice the posi is different from one to the other.

Allen Here's a novel idea, let's not throw a bunch of parts at the car hoping it will fix the problem and instead spend a little time diagnosing it first. Life was a little easier when I was just a wrench.

First is cone style, second is clutch (preferred by most).

Use 1 bottle of the ford friction modifyer (you can get it at the dealer) And use 80-90 or 80-140 gear lube.
